Purchase terms and restrictions, as well as general information

1. Mumbai will be the exclusive jurisdiction over any matter/claim/dispute arising from this transaction.
2. It is necessary to provide the original invoice/receipts and certifications with any request for additional services, exchange/buyback of the items, or complaints. 3. If you pay with a local check or demand draft, delivery of the item ordered will be completed only once the initial amount has been realised.

It is the exclusive responsibility of Vernive to create, update, and maintain this site. Vernive owns the intellectual property rights to the material. No part of the content may be modified or published or transmitted or transferred or sold or reproduced, or used to create derivative works without the prior written permission of Vernive. No part of the content may be distributed, reposted, performed, displayed or otherwise commercially exploited without the prior written permission of Vernive.

AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS OF APPLICATION

Returns are accepted within seven days after receipt:

To be eligible for a return, the product being returned must be accompanied by the original invoice/receipts and certificates, warranty card (if applicable), packaging, gifts, certificate of authenticity, endorsement certificate, and any other information booklets that were included in the original purchase packaging.

If any of the following apply, the product will be entitled to a refund:

It is unusable and has not been altered.
It is in the same condition as when it was first purchased.
It must be returned within seven days of the purchase to be eligible for a refund.
There has been no tampering with or alteration of the product.

It is necessary to complete the following steps to request the return of a product under the 7-day return policy:

Please send an e-mail to sales@vernive.com within seven days of the date of the Product Invoice to reach out to our Customer Care.
Where noted in point b)1., you should package your goods in the original packaging given by Vernive, together with all of its packing materials, certifications, and invoice (as applicable).
In the event of an online purchase, contact our Customer Care to check that the delivery has arrived and contains all of the necessary items and to arrange for a re-shipment of the package.

GST will be deducted from all buyback valuations unless otherwise stated. Payouts for buybacks or refunds will be paid solely by check and made within ten working days after receipt of the check.
Specific Collections and Designs are exempt from the Exchange mentioned above and Buyback procedures. They are subject to the complete discretion of the firm in question.
The Exchange or Buyback of a product bought via an EMI offer may only be completed when the remaining EMI instalments are completed. The standard deduction will apply if a customer decides to return the goods before the expiration of the EMI period.
If you choose to replace the goods with a product of lesser value, you will not be entitled to a reimbursement for the price difference. Alternatively, suppose you prefer to swap the goods for a more valuable product. In that case, you will be responsible for the amount difference due to us.
There is a limit to how many times you may exchange a product for its total value. It will be regarded as a Lifetime Swap if you exchange the design for the second time. In such a case, the rules of the Lifetime Exchange will apply.
To be considered for additional services such as repairs, exchanges, or buybacks of the products, or to file a complaint, the original invoice/receipts and certificates, gifts, warranty card (if applicable), packaging, certificate of authenticity, endorsement certificate, and any other information booklets that were included in the original purchase packaging must be submitted with the request.

Even while typical wear and strain are anticipated, appropriate deductions are available, which may be up to 100% for excessive wear and tear damage, or stone faults (crack, replacement, adjustments and the loss of the bill and certificate), among other circumstances.
After receiving the permission of the Quality Check department at the company's headquarters, all items covered by the Exchange / Buyback and upgrade policy will be eligible for such exchange/buyback and upgrade. The weight of the gold shall be calculated net of any pearls, stones, lac, dust, dirt, and any other extraneous materials that may have been present.
Any gift or discount received will be removed from the total invoice amount at Exchange or Buyback during the initial transaction.
The items cannot be exchanged for gold or silver coins or bars, nor can they be returned. Company policy requires that credit card costs be subtracted from the vehicle's total value and any buyback deductions.
GST would not be included in any repurchase value. Payouts for buybacks or refunds will be paid solely by check and made within ten working days of receiving the request.
The invoice copy will note exchange and buyback rules for particular collections and designs if the policies are not applicable. These decisions are made entirely at the company's discretion.

The Exchange of non-Vernive jewellery will be at its sole discretion.

Resizing & Repairs:

Except in some circumstances, such as when the ring cannot be resized, the firm will resize your ring at no charge (there will be no making costs).
It is your responsibility to bear any additional expenses incurred by having your wedding band resized if it is more expensive than your present ring. We will notify you before beginning the resizing process. The procedure will only be started after receiving your confirmation in writing or by e-mail.
A refund will be given to you if the ring you have chosen is less expensive than the one you already have. Your product may need to be fixed or replaced if it is damaged. The firm will repair or replace the product at its discretion and its own expense, assessed on an individual case-by-case basis.
You will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred due to the Repairs & Resizing policy.

RBI Mandate for PAN Card and COD

For orders and purchases over Rs. 200,000, a PAN CARD must be shown. If you fail to meet the deadline, the order/purchase will be cancelled.

Warranties

Severability

If any provision of any relevant terms and conditions, policies, or notices is or becomes unenforceable in any jurisdiction, whether as a result of its being void, invalidity, illegality, or unlawfulness or for any other reason whatsoever, such provision shall be treated as void in that jurisdiction only and only to the extent that it is so unenforceable, with the remaining provisions of any relevant terms and conditions, policies, or notices remaining in full force and effect.

Cancellation & Returns

We will not charge you any fees if you cancel your purchase for a product before we deliver the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail about that product. Even if an order involves two or more order items, you may be able to cancel one order item without having to cancel the entire purchase.
When processed, prepaid orders will have their amounts credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking).
The refund will be refunded to your Blue Cash account when the merchandise is returned under our 30 Day Money Back guarantee (which does not apply to coins). The amount reimbursed to your bank account may be used to make another purchase, or it can be used to obtain the money-back in your account.
The reimbursement will be handled to your bank account for orders paid with cash on delivery.
